1. Digital Services & Delivery Policy

All services provided by Nise Clothing LLC are digital (design files, consultation, store setups, etc.). Upon project completion, final deliverables will be sent via email (from llcnise2@gmail.com) or a secure download link. Standard initial design concepts are delivered via email within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Revisions may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

2. Revision Policy

Design services (such as Custom T-Shirt Design and Logo Design) include a set number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the scope of the original package may incur an extra hourly fee. We strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final branding assets.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our digital design and consulting services, all sales are final once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel an order before any design work or consultation has started, you may be eligible for a full refund. Once initial concepts, mockups, or setup work has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Because these are digital, custom-made assets, files cannot be 'returned' once delivered. Therefore, no refunds are issued after final files have been sent.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information collected through our contact form, including your name, email, and phone number, is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your project. Nise Clothing LLC will never sell, rent, or distribute your private information to third parties.

5. Copyright & Ownership

Upon full payment for design services, full commercial rights and ownership of the final design files (PNG, AI, PSD) are transferred to the client. Nise Clothing LLC retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project.
